Lisa Parlato Neff, Esq.
Ms. Neff concentrates her practice on environmental law, focusing on the defense of corporations involved in the cleanup of inactive hazardous waste sites as well as the prosecution of cost recovery actions. Her experience involves litigation and arbitration of complex environmental matters arising under CERCLA and the New York Navigation Law as well as cases involving common law toxic torts.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Neff acquired valuable experience in a broad range of civil litigation matters as a clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York.
