EEOICPA Covered Facilities List

Congress passed the EEOICPA in 2001 to compensate workers and their survivors who have developed certain illnesses as a result of exposure to radioactive and toxic substances. Stephens & Stephens provides Free Claim Evaluations for anyone who thinks they may be eligible.

Here we provide a comprehensive listing of 382 worksites involved in atomic weapons manufacturing that are covered by the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program (EEOICPA). Each listing is linked to a page describing the covered worksite in more detail. Consistent with the Act, coverage is limited to activities not performed under the responsibility of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program.

In addition, these EEOICPA covered facilities that were particularly concentrated with atomic weapons manufacturing worksites have been sorted by region:

[BE] = Beryllium Vendor
[AWE] = Atomic Weapons Employer
[DOE] = Department of Energy
Special Exposure Cohort (SEC) sites appear in Bold.
